Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Norah Store, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
